When I asked where that info came from, they just vaguely mentioned some “freedom of information poll,” which is nonsense since I never had an accident, so there’d be no data about me anywhere. It’s clear they’re trying to trick people into making up fake accident claims they never actually had, hoping to grab legal fees off innocent third parties. This whole thing smells like a scam, and I truly hope the authorities shut them down and slap a big fine on them for their dodgy and illegal tactics.
