This lot, Action Direct, are a PPI firm based in South Wales. What they're doing amounts to harassment and it's against the law. They've already had their licence taken off them before because of harassment issues. The regulator knows all about it and I reckon this dodgy company will be shut down before long.

This number is linked to Action Direct in Manchester, we've received around 75 calls so far. They also ring from other numbers like 0121 2893537, 02033013104, and 01138314071. Everytime we block one, another number pops up but it's obviously the same company. The newest one is 01613594441. I've spoken with them lots of times and made it clear we're not interested, but then like 10 minutes later, they ring again. Blocking them only seems to shift their calls to different regions - we've had numbers from London and a few other places around the UK.

I’ve stopped this number ages ago but they keep ringing me. I refuse to pick up any call that only shows the country, like UK. If it’s legit, they’d leave a voicemail so you can choose whether to return the call or not. Same goes for emails too.

they ring me about eight times daily. i've tried loads of ways to mess with them, like handing the phone to my little niece but they're relentless. blocking the number feels like cheating. i’m determined to beat them. they’ll quit before i do. i refuse to let them drive me mad though - can’t happen cause i’ve made myself a little hideout from cardboard boxes and tin foil. it’s boiling in there, but better to be cautious than regret it later.
