Loads of dodgy calls lately, they seem to buzz me a few times a day from different numbers but it's always the same lot. I’ve learnt now not to pick up, unlike before when I used to. The last one pretended to be from HMRC, claiming I owed back tax credit from nearly a decade ago - total rubbish. They even gave me a fake HMRC phone number, which turned out to be their own. They switch up their story every time too. Best not to answer at all, if it’s legit they’ll surely leave a message.

weve had calls from them asking if anyone here has any experience with big machinery or has served in the military. even tho our number is signed up with the TPS, they just dont seem to bother checking that out at all!

I've been getting calls from this number on my mobile about 4 times daily for more than a week, and it also rang my landline. I tried calling back once, but it was an automated message saying all agents were busy. Sounds like one of those persistent PPI scam calls to me. Definitely dodging this number from now on.

I reckon this is one of those PPI claim firms. I rang them back and got an automated message telling me all their lines were busy. They've buzzed me around 3 or 4 times already today. Best to add them to your phone’s block list or set your mobile to auto-delete their number. There’s loads of scams going about, and quite a few seem to be from Manchester (0161).
