I’ve been attempting to cancel my service with XLN, but they just won’t leave me alone. They lure you in with a bargain price, then sneak in extra charges. When you ring them up to sort it out, they take their time and then pile on the extras again. Plus, they keep switching up the deal you're supposedly on, ending up charging you more in the long run. It just takes ages to get everything back to the way it should be. Give it a go if you want, but you’ve been warned!

I inquired about a mortgage that I apparently secured back in 2004. The thing is, I don’t own any property whatsoever, so there’s no way I could have a mortgage. The woman on the other end, who had an Asian accent, seemed a bit taken aback when I mentioned I didn’t have my own place. I must admit, it tickled my ego a bit, but not enough to keep the conversation going, so I ended up hanging up the phone.
