I’ve been attempting to cancel my service with XLN, but they just won’t leave me alone. They lure you in with a bargain price, then sneak in extra charges. When you ring them up to sort it out, they take their time and then pile on the extras again. Plus, they keep switching up the deal you're supposedly on, ending up charging you more in the long run. It just takes ages to get everything back to the way it should be. Give it a go if you want, but you’ve been warned!

I got a call from some woman with an Asian accent asking about a mortgage they said I took out back in 2004. Thing is, I’ve never owned a house, so no mortgage for me. She sounded pretty shocked I didn’t have a place of my own. Honestly, it was kinda amusing, but not enough for me to keep chatting - just ended the call.
