Fraudulent call alert! They purport to be from a PPI company, claiming they’ll send a letter to your home address within 48 hours. However, their real aim is to extract personal details from you, such as your address and date of birth. I've requested, no less than eight times, that they remove my number from their database, yet they persist in ringing me back - sometimes the very same day! I've finally had enough and blocked them. For fellow iPhone users, simply head to your call log, tap the “!” icon, and select the option to block the number. They might still manage to leave a voicemail, but at least you can avoid direct contact with these con artists!
