Got a call out of the blue. Somehow they knew my address and which bank I’m with. Told me I was owed £9000. Then they asked for my email and my birthday, said someone would ring back within a couple of days so I could sort out a cheque. Not sure what they’re after, probably just another spam scam.

Got a call from some bloke saying I was owed cash from back in 2017! They didn’t even know my name or my address, totally fishy. They rang me up three times within 15 minutes. Every time I told them to stop, it's clearly a scam.
