Loads of calls from someone saying they’re with Aviva Insurance and that I need to urgently check my life insurance. The last call came from +44 121 284 7786, and I’ve had a few from similar numbers. At first, they sound quite convincing - I nearly believed I had a policy with them! But once I questioned them, they got really rude, even threatening to cancel a policy I don’t have and accusing me of wasting their time. I called the latest number back, but it just went to an answerphone in a language I couldn’t understand.
