When I searched the number online, loads of sites said it's a BT line supposedly connected to the NHS, but plenty of people reckon it might be a scam?

This number rang me a couple of times today, but when I picked up and asked who it was, there was no reply.

Got a call on our home phone from this number. My hubby picked up and told them I was coming to the phone, but as soon as I said “hello” they just disconnected.
