Have a look at the blue and green reviews here, and you'll see nobody actually says the real company name - that's because it's fake. These are obviously put up by the scammers themselves. It’s clearly another con. Honestly, only a fool would pick up a random call like that.

There was a ton of noise in the background. They somehow knew my name. When I asked who was calling, they said something like 'helpline for accident claims.' I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. (I’m on the TPS list, by the way.)

About a month back I got a call from them regarding an accident I’d been in. I gave them my info and they connected me with a solicitor. At first, I was pretty doubtful, but then the solicitor came round to see me and it turned out they were from a proper, trustworthy law firm. I’ve already sorted my GP appointment with their help, really good service overall.

Quite an interesting set of replies here. I just got my final call from them once they sorted out my compensation, and I gotta say, the service I received was pretty good. The manager who handled my case came across as really friendly. Throughout the time they kept ringing me, most of the people on the phone seemed to have an Indian accent. I picked up the phone today and the caller just hung up straight away. Makes me wonder if they're just seeing if someone's home or something? I've been on the TPS for ages but somehow, since then, I'm getting calls like every couple of days. When I asked for their address, they provided one located in Birmingham, which, upon investigation, turned out to be a derelict residential property. Now, they appear to be using a number from Manchester. I've reported this to the Telephone Preference Service and Trading Standards, who are currently looking into the issue. They consistently attempt to extract personal information such as my national insurance number, address, and date of birth. Please exercise caution if you receive a call from this number!
