Yet again, this number has invaded my peace with its incessant ringing. SLM CONNECT Ltd, based in Manchester but registered in Oldham, are nothing short of a nuisance. They claim to represent Orange and inquire about your service satisfaction. However, the truth is they're a third-party firm trying to extract personal information or push unsolicited services. They frequently muddle up your details and abruptly end the call when they’re caught out-essentially, all they have is your Orange number and the mistaken belief that you're a PAYG user. It’s infuriating; it's not unusual to receive several calls from them daily. These pests are notorious for this behaviour (just look up their number online). I genuinely believe they ought to be reported to Ofcom for infringing upon people's privacy and wasting our precious time. Always engage only with credible providers and refrain from divulging any personal information to these characters. If you're tempted to answer, just say: “This call is being recorded. Cease these persistent calls or I’ll escalate this to the police and Ofcom.” After that, just hang up. If this harassment persists, I’ll consider switching away from Orange altogether since I never agreed to this nonsense in the first place.

I’m currently overseas and have tried ringing Orange Customer Support at 150, but can't get hold of anyone.
