Got a call claiming to be from O2, turned out it was some firm called Intelling. If you want to mess with them a bit, try ringing 0161 902 3721 - it's supposedly their HR dept. I managed to get through on that line and, since I was on a free number, I just kept them chatting for like half an hour, wasting their time for once. Haven't had a follow-up call since then. Some dodgy loser pretending to be from O2 called me, asking how much I spend with them every month. Then it dawned on me, if he was really from O2, he’d already have that info. So I just said “like £10 a year” and right after that he said “sorry to bother you” and hung up. What a muppet!

I've had repeated calls from this number, 01612776640, despite clearly telling them to cease their ringing. Quite frustrating, really!

Absolute scam artists. They claim to be from o2 chatting about plans and stuff, but when I rang o2, they said they've got no clue who these people are. The moment I say I'm not interested, they just drop the call - which no legit network would do. They ring me every single day, sometimes more than once if I don’t pick up. I've blocked the number now, but honestly, I’m more annoyed either with getting hassled daily or with o2 not giving a toss about these fraudsters pretending to be them! Watch out!

They used to ring me up like six times daily but now I never get a call from them.

They’ve been ringing me constantly these last 4 days, sometimes even twice a day. One time I did pick up, they said they were from o2 and started chatting about their plans. But as soon as I tried to say something, they hung up. You don’t get a chance to ask questions or tell them to stop calling. o2 say it’s some third-party firm and not them directly. Such a pain. I’ve blocked the number but they keep ringing anyway.

01612776640 keeps ringing me every few days for the past month. O2 has such a low limit on blocked numbers that to add this one I'd need to clear some old blocks first. This seems like a big issue for O2 and one they really ought to fix soon.

I’m so fed up with getting calls where there’s no one speaking when I pick up. It just rings and then cuts off - seems like some automated system dialing out when no one’s there. I thought that kind of thing wasn’t allowed anymore? I called them back and they said their hours are from 12 to 6pm, so why was I getting called at 11 in the morning? Plus, if it’s O2, why do their staff only work in the afternoons? Anyways, I’ve blocked that annoying number now!
