Some bloke said he was from O2 and started asking what I use my phone for and how much data I go through every month, just loads of useless questions really. I told him if he was proper O2, he'd already have my account info and then said I wasn’t interested in carrying on the call.

3 calls in 3 days now (even one on Bank Monday) from someone saying they’re from O2, telling me I signed up for something with M&S. I said no, asked if they had the right email - it was mine but hasn’t been used for ages. They just kept going, so I ended the call. Don’t bother picking up for these muppets. Next time I’ll make it clear what I think of them.

Then they started asking who my provider was, what kind of contract, how much I paid, so I told them to bugger off. Proper nosy lot, now blocked. Got a call from a fella with an Ulster accent, saying he was from 02 and that I’d somehow joined an online contest for a free SIM card (which I definitely hadn’t). They knew my name and an old address I haven’t lived at in over 5 years. Pretty obvious it was some kind of scam.

SCAM ALERT!! Was driving down the Chichester bypass, stressed out trying to pass a lorry in awful weather. Luckily had an earpiece in so couldn’t see who was calling but thought maybe important. Picked up and some woman with a weird accent goes “how are you today?” Immediate red flag, totally sounds like a scam. So I just yelled the loudest F#CK OFF! ever, no regrets, nearly caused a crash. I’m on both my mobile and landline TPS list, yet these awful people keep calling. Proper disgusting and after a bit of digging, I’m sure it’s a scam. Marking them as dangerous for sure.

Got a call on my mobile from a woman saying she was from 02 with some kind of offer. She didn’t get my name right and asked for my 02 password to confirm. She sounded Irish and said she was calling from their Belfast office, but the number showed up as being from Manchester. When I checked with 02, they said they hadn’t been contacting me or anything to do with that number. Weirdly, right around the same time, someone tried to log into my online account.
