It was about PPI, and they called me by my name which was a bit creepy. Then they asked if I had any loans or a mortgage, I said no. Next, they were asking about store cards, which I refused to answer cause I’m not sharing that kinda stuff with some unknown caller. They then claimed I’d put in a PPI claim through the post, but I told them I hadn’t. After that, she said she’d 'update it in their system' and just hung up right away.

Got a cold call where they asked for me by name, but when I asked who they were, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Told them to stop calling me and that I was fed up with these info fishing calls (didn't swear or anything). Ended the call because they kept trying to argue with me. Later I rang the number back to see if it was legit and got a message about unsubscribing, which sounded like they wanted my details, so I just ignored it and hung up.
