Got two calls from O2 on the same day. Wasn’t a sales pitch or anything, just them trying to find out who my phone provider is.

Some bloke called Stephen phoned me claiming he was from O2, but when I asked for proof, he couldn't back it up. Then he started asking what mobile network I use?? If he's actually from O2 (which I doubt), then that was the most rubbish sales pitch ever. Should honestly find a real job, Stephen, or whatever your real name is.

I've been looking into PPI sales and, from what I've found in my research, it's quite possible this might be a scam. They’re requesting an abundance of personal information while simultaneously appearing to know a surprising amount about you already. It's rather concerning, to say the least!
