They were really impolite, kept pushing for my personal details and like other folks mentioned, their info didn’t add up. Feels like they were trying to catch you out so you'd give stuff away. Wouldn't accept me saying no, so I just cut the call short. Thankfully, I haven’t had any more calls from them since!

Asked him if I’ve got back my refund for bank fees and he goes “when did you even put in a claim?” then says “I’m not saying you made a claim!” What kind of nonsense is that? Total contradiction! Then he had the nerve to say he didn’t like my tone! Give me a break! Better not ring me again!
