I received a call from a chap with a distinct Indian accent claiming to represent Yell.com or maybe Google-he didn’t make it entirely clear. He was keen to convince me to take advantage of a ‘complimentary’ visit where they'd show me how their marketing services could enhance my business. I must admit, I’m quite cautious about such unsolicited phone calls and anything that appears to be free, so I politely turned him down.

We seem to receive these phone calls on a regular basis. Every time I answer, the voice on the other end just hangs up after uttering a simple "cheerio"!
