I had a rather dodgy call from 02037019272, purporting to be from Elite Lotto, and they’ve astonishingly informed me that I’ve bagged an iPad! Apparently, I’m also meant to be entered into the Euro Lotto for a complimentary three months. All they're after is my bank sort code and account number to transfer my ‘winnings’, along with the first line of my address. When I mentioned that they could easily look up my postcode for the address but not the actual house number, he sounded quite put out. I honestly never share such details. I told him to ring me back tomorrow instead.

I got a call from Eluk after signing up for a chance to win this “Limited Edition Red iPhone 7”. They said I’d get an email soon to let me know if I’d won or not. On the call, they kept pushing me pretty hard to give them my bank info, and foolishly, I ended up handing it over. After sending emails to both their info and customer service addresses, I finally reached someone on their website’s live chat. I told them I want all my bank and personal details deleted immediately or I’ll have to take further steps.

Oh man, I totally got caught out by one of these scams. I gave them my bank info without thinking, and after I found out it was a con, I ringed them back to confront them but they just cut me off and blocked my number. I also tried emailing but got blocked there too. They managed to take £39 from my account, but thankfully the bank put a stop to that direct debit. What a nightmare!

This number 02033256412 keeps phoning me every couple of hours but never leaves a voicemail. So I called back from my work phone which was private, and a recording mentioned something about elite lotto. Then a lady picked up and told me I’d supposedly joined a contest to win an iPad or Tesco vouchers. She said if I gave them my details, they’d take my number off their list. Bit odd, coz only my husband has my mobile number and I definitely haven’t entered any competitions! I’m just trying to work out if this number is legit or not.

Over the last half hour, I've been hit with 14 calls from three separate numbers all linked to some 'elite lotteries'. Each time I asked them to stop ringing, they got rude and insisted they were allowed to call my personal phone! The way the caller sounded, they don’t seem to follow any rules, and it feels like they just get their workers to post fake positive reviews here. The bloke on the line mentioned someone called Curt, who supposedly guarantees you’ll win. Yeah, right, as if I don’t know who Curt really is.

I had this call from some bloke who sounded like he was from India, and he was telling me I didn’t understand banking at all. He actually had the guts to ask if I worked at a bank and how I’d know what could happen with a bank account number! Seriously, the cheek of it. When I told him I wasn’t interested, I tried to explain why but he just rudely cut me off and slammed the phone down. It’s not really the product that annoyed me, but the pushy guy’s attitude and the nasty way he spoke. Watch out for a Michael who claimed he was from Phoenix and asked if I knew where that was.

These lot kept ringing me non-stop, like 45 times all in one day! Eventually picked up and got this woman on the line who totally messed up when I asked about the people behind the “syndicate” and how she could be so sure I’d win. Apparently, I was signed up for 75 tickets for the National Lottery and another 75 for the EuroMillions for three whole months. Stay well away from Elite Lotto, seriously. I signed up thinking they’d take £39 monthly for three months, with payments on the 15th when I’d have funds ready. But they took the money earlier, making my bank account go negative. When I called to cancel, the customer service was shocking - so rude and clearly not trained properly. Eventually, they cancelled my membership, and I had to ring my bank to fix my account balance. Honestly, if you’re thinking about Elite Lotto UK, don’t bother. Just don’t!

I only ended up on this site cus mates kept mentioning it, and honestly, they weren’t wrong - the stuff here is daft. Like, no one’s gonna get into your bank just from a direct debit, that’s just nonsense. People here are acting daft and making the company look bad. Sure, calling can be a pain, but that’s just their role. If you’ve worked in sales, you’d get how it is, but seems like most don’t have a clue about it.

I had a rather suspicious call from 02037019260 earlier. The individual on the line, who identified himself as "Owen" with a discernible Indian accent, purported to be from something called Elite Lotto. He mentioned that I had supposedly entered a competition for a holiday in the Bahamas, and then attempted to entice me into signing up for a lottery syndicate at a cost of £39 a month. To my surprise, he then inquired about my bank information. Quite the dodgy experience, to say the least!

I got a call from a woman who just kept chatting non-stop. After she went on for ages, she suddenly asked for my bank info. When I said no and apologised, she didn't back down at all. So, I just ended the call. Honestly, these sorts of calls should be looked into by the police. Watch out, everyone.

They tried to get my info like my address, birthday and email, offering some kind of £1000 reward or something. I ended up just hanging up. I reckon this might be a dodgy operation. I suggest you investigate whether they have a method for reversing charges, because I've lost a bit of credit myself in this manner. It wasn’t until a few minutes later that I realised I'd been charged without knowing it. Best to steer clear of this number entirely!

I just got a call from this number and they claimed I'd won an iPhone. Then out of nowhere, they started telling me about some new lottery pool I'd been put into. When I said I didn’t have any info on me, they kept pushing, saying I should know my sort code and bank details. I just received a call on my mobile from this number, and the caller claimed that I was in the last stage of a EuroMillions draw. They insisted I just needed to "verify" some personal information. When I mentioned that I hadn't actually entered the draw, they continued to press on. I kept responding with "sorry" and "pardon?", and eventually, they hung up on me!
