I mentioned that I’m signed up with the Telephone Preference Service and that they ought not to ring my personal mobile. I warned them that if they continued, I would have no choice but to report them to the Information Commissioner's Office. The person on the line was difficult to comprehend, especially since I rely on a hearing aid and their accent was quite thick. It felt like I was trying to communicate with a wall! They wouldn’t tell me their name and completely disregarded my request to wrap up the conversation and stop calling me. In the end, I had to terminate the call as they just wouldn’t take heed of my signals to leave me alone. I've lodged a complaint with the ICO regarding this number and would strongly advise others getting similar calls to do the same.
