I told him flat out no and asked him to remove my number from their list. Today, he called again but this time spoke in Urdu, which I don’t understand, and started asking me private stuff that I refused to answer. I tried hanging up and blocking him, but he just kept calling back nonstop. It’s really annoying how persistent he is.4 yearsI encountered a chap who claimed to be a solicitor collaborating with our local council to oversee the upkeep of properties. Upon questioning him, he suggested that I call him back to verify their legitimacy. However, when I did, all I got was an automated message service. After a while, he seemed to lose interest, and to be frank, his English left much to be desired!4 yearsMy brother got a call from someone pretending to be from a home insurance and repair company, saying a claim was filed. I asked who they were and rejected it, saying there was no report. I reckon if my brother had picked up, it probably would’ve been a scam.
