I got a call from some robot sounding voice claiming they were with HMRC and threatening me with legal stuff. When I rang back the number, they wanted me to give them personal info. The way they answered so fast and the accent made me think it was just a scam from an Indian call centre.

Got a call from a woman robot calling herself "Dennis Gray" saying we have to ring HMRC. It’s the same scam as the one from yesterday, just a different phone number this time.

Got a scary recorded message saying it was from HMRC about some unpaid tax. It kept telling me to ring back or else there’d be serious trouble. But there was zero info - no tax ref number or any clue about who they wanted to speak to. Definitely a scam, so don’t bother calling that number!
