Avoid Kinex if you can. I got roped in with them last year, and it’s been one hassle after another. The sales team won’t give up, constantly pushing hard to get you to sign more deals. Honestly, their aftercare is rubbish - plenty of promises but zero follow-through. They keep ringing me every few weeks to try and upsell stuff. No thanks, I’ve learnt my lesson.

got a call from some bloke claiming to be with kinex telecom, asked if i was happy with my current service and whether i had a mobile. said they might be able to help me save a bit of cash. told me they'd ring again friday since i was tied up today. feels a bit dodgy, anyone reckon it’s a scam?

Since I got my landline through Kinexthey, they keep ringing me all the time. They're always pushing me to get internet, mobile deals, and stuff like that. Honestly, I’m not planning to stick around when my contract runs out.
