I've received a rather dubious call claiming to be from 'BT Sales', attempting to extract personal details from me under the pretext of securing a PPI refund. They were quite insistent but weren't forthcoming with any information themselves. I've since decided to block the number.

Someone called saying they were from btc so i asked who they actually were, and she said black pearl claims. They’ve been phoning me every day but the last call came from 01409404170. I told her i don’t want any calls from them on any number and to take my number off their list. Now i’m just waiting to see if they ring again from a different number, coz this is the same story i told them yesterday.

This number keeps ringing me on the daily, and it's absolutely infuriating! Honestly, it's such a nuisance. I'd highly recommend not picking up if they call you, or better yet, block them altogether if possible. They're always pushing some nonsense about claiming PPM, which is just a hassle. Save yourself the trouble!
