Oddly enough, they had my name, number, and even my address, but didn’t provide any specifics regarding the incident they mentioned. It reeked of a scam to me, as they were quite pushy about persuading me to take action. They were inquiring about a claim linked to my recent accident, and astonishingly, they mentioned both the date of the incident and a name related to it, both of which were accurate. It’s puzzling how they obtained such specifics. When she prompted me to recount the details of the accident for confirmation, I politely stated, “Everything in your records ought to be correct since I've already conveyed all this to my insurance, so I won’t be providing any further details.” To which she surprisingly responded, “Alright, have a lovely day then,” which struck me as quite odd and unexpected.
