They kept ringing me the past few days, so finally I picked up. The bloke said he was with some energy company and mentioned we hadn’t signed up for a grant. He wanted to see if I could get it, asking about my boiler’s age. After telling him I wasn’t bothered, I ended the call. I guess they might have tried to sneak in some charges for the application or something.

I received an unexpected call from this rather pushy individual who was very keen on discussing energy tariffs. Curiously enough, he already possessed my complete name and address, yet he still requested more personal information from me. Quite concerning, really!

Some bloke was on the phone, trying to trick me into switching my heating deal to something “better.” Honestly, don’t fall for it, they don’t deserve a penny. Tell them to take you off their list and make sure to ask how they even got your details in the first place.
