Twice already I've had calls from this number. When I tried ringing back, all there was was some automated message from the claims team dot com. Definitely another one to add to my blocked list.

I missed the call and ended up with a voicemail from a woman who said her name was Debbie. She mentioned something about handling a payment, but I didn’t quite catch which company she was from. She also said she’d send me an email, but nothing has come through so far. I don’t owe anyone anything, so I was a bit suspicious and had a quick look at my bank accounts just to be safe.

Somebody rang and asked if I was by name, but I wasn’t sure who it was, so I didn’t say anything. Right after that, they just cut the call without saying a word. Honestly, that was so unfriendly!
