Got a call from a blocked number with no ID showing. The bloke on the other end insisted it was some urgent issue with my computer wrecking the internet, said he was from BT. I kept messing about with him, telling him straight up he was trying to scam me. Then, suddenly, another guy with a stronger, Asian accent joined in. I told him the same thing and he just hung up sharpish. I rang BT straight away and they said they hadn’t called me at all. Not shocked really, sounded like a total con. Went ahead and blocked the number with call protect.
