I received a call that purportedly came from BT, claiming my internet connection was experiencing issues. They insisted that I needed to log into my computer to follow some troubleshooting steps. The thing is, I have absolutely no internet woes at the moment, and I don’t even own a computer! It’s obviously a scam, so don’t be deceived by it!
