I received a rather dubious call claiming to be from Amazon, concerning a £799 transaction that raised my suspicions. They were rather reluctant to provide a number for me to return the call. So, I decided to end the conversation and search for the number online. Shortly after, they rang me back, but I informed them I was aware it was a scam.
