I received a phone call from a woman who said she was conducting a social survey for "Harvey Nash," which is supposedly a global recruitment agency. I politely declined to participate in the survey. Not interested, thanks all the same!

Got a call from someone mentionin Market Research, asked them to say their name again and the call dropped. Second time the phone rang, I answered and it immediately ended the call.

I answered a call from a number I didn’t recognize, hoping it was the call I was expecting. A young woman with an accent that seemed Chinese (they all sound similar nowadays) gave my name and said something else, maybe where she was calling from, but I couldn’t catch it. I told her I couldn’t hear properly, and she said something else I couldn’t make out. Then she spoke to someone else on the line, but it was all mumbo jumbo to me. Suddenly, a man clearly said in the background, “should be interesting.” I just hung up, totally confused. No idea what that was about.

On Tuesday 3rd Dec around 6:10pm, I picked up the phone and there was a woman saying "hello" over and over. It was like she couldn’t hear what I was saying back. After about a minute, the call just dropped.

At first, they didn't say a word which is typical when they just dial random numbers, especially since my number isn’t listed anywhere. Then a woman with a really clear accent started talking, saying she was doing a social survey for Harvey Nash - you know, the worldwide recruitment firm. I simply said I wasn’t interested and ended the call straight away.
