Answered then just put the phone down straight away. Blocked the number but I’m sure they’ll ring back using a slightly different one. What a pain!

I didn’t pick up, so no idea who was calling! From what I’ve seen though, when you block a number after loads of pestering calls, it kinda lets the company know the number’s active, and they just keep ringing from other numbers. If you simply let it ring out, don’t pick up or block it (silence the ringer instead), they usually only call a couple more times then give up. No promises it’s foolproof, but it’s worked alright for me so far!

Got a call from this number, picked up but there was complete silence, then they just ended the call. Sounds like one of those annoying sales calls using an automatic dialler.
