Got a call from Lauder, Scotland. Didn’t know the number so I just ignored it like usual. Checked Who Called Me and after seeing the reviews, I’m definitely gonna block this one.

When it’s someone from India, it’s almost always a scam. I just tell them “Tari maa ni ch***,” which means “your mum’s c***” in Gujarati or Hindi. It’s a proper insult. I say it every time one of those cold callers tries to bother me. Honestly, it’s hilarious listening to them get all worked up and start yelling back in their language. Proper funny stuff.

I got a call and they were asking for me by my name. I said no one with that name lives here but they still tried to ask me loads of questions. Another annoying cold caller to watch out for!

Got a call from some guy named Brian in India, said he was from a company called Beneficial. Told him to stop calling me, but he kept saying he needed my info to save me cash. Yeah right, smelled like a load of rubbish to me. Told him to jog on. Then he goes on about how he'll keep ringing me, burped into the phone and just hung up. What a legend.

Got a call from a woman, sounded Chinese or Malaysian, claiming to be from some company called Beneficial. She wanted me to take part in a survey. I was pretty blunt and told her not to call me again, but she kept insisting that answering her questions would somehow cut down on the number of scam calls I get on my phone. Seriously?? How does that work?? I bet if I did answer, they'd just pass my info on to loads of other survey firms. Told her once and for all to stop calling and then hung up. Such a waste of my time, total idiots.

I'd really suggest anyone else to call the police on 101 because some folks who might not be very careful could end up sharing personal info. I didn't get to the bit where they ask for bank details, so not sure if they do, but if they do and it's a vulnerable person on the phone, they might just hand over their info.

Got a call from a man who sounded asian, he was asking for paul williams. ive had loads of calls for that name on both my phone and landline so i kinda expected it. When i told him no paul williams here, he said it wasn’t a special call and asked if i could answer some questions. I said no thanks and told him it was probably a survey cos of all the other calls from different numbers, then he just hung up.

this company named beneficial keeps ringing me up for a quick survey. honestly, they’re one of the most annoying callers i’ve ever dealt with. they call me several times a day at all sorts of random hours on both my work and personal mobiles. i don’t reckon it’s anything dodgy, just really irritating.
