Got a call from a man with a strong foreign accent who claimed he was from B.T, TalkTalk or Plusnet, not sure which. He insisted I needed to reset my router. When I asked for his name and a callback number, he just told me to piss off and wouldn’t give any details. Told him to stop being rude, but he just got worse with his language. Ended the call straight away!
