I received a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media, stating there was an issue with my router. I informed him that I didn’t have a laptop to assist, and he promptly ended the call. When I tried to return the call, I was met with a message saying the number is out of service. Is this a legitimate call or just another scam? Any insights would be appreciated. Cheers!

I was fed up with those incessant calls from a life insurance company, so I decided to just block their number. Quite a relief, really!

Just had a rather odd phone call from a life insurance firm I've never come across before, saying they needed to supposedly update some information, and that could only be done via a phone conversation. They had my name and even my address, which was quite unsettling. I decided it was best to hang up.

Had a call come through roughly ten minutes back from a number I don't recognise, so I opted not to pick up. I'm thinking it might be best to just block the number altogether.

I keep receiving calls on a daily basis from a number linked to Llanelli, but I'm completely clueless as to who's behind it. When I pick up, there's just silence on the other end. Quite baffling, really!
