These awful lot have been ringing my mum, even though she's on the TPS list. She barely picks up the phone now because of all these calls. I'd honestly be happy to get rid of the landline but she needs it in case of emergencies. Lately, they've been calling from numbers like 01544 329840 and 01544 329838, plus quite a few others. Some bloke called himself ‘Dave’ and went on about ‘yellow fluffy things’ in the loft. Told him I’m not up there so no idea what he’s on about. Definitely a scam call. Our number’s on the TPS list - what’s the point of even having it if calls like this still get through?

Just got a call from someone called 'Jane'. Gotta say, the way it replied was pretty clever. It actually said, "I'm not a robot, I'm new and just following a script." Still didn't pass the Turing Test tho... managed to make it hang up on me. If you think it might be a bot, ask it what time it is... Keep saying 'pardon?' loads and listen for the same phrases and how they say stuff. Trying "A sphincter says what" was quite a laugh as well...
