They're attempting to collect money for a policy that allegedly started in 2018, despite the fact that the firm didn’t actually come into existence until 2020! It baffles me how I could possibly have signed any agreement with a company that wasn’t even around back then. The individuals behind these calls ought to hang their heads in shame!
