3 yearsWe got a dodgy call on our home phone at about 11 this morning, 22nd Feb. The caller said they were from a bank and warned that two payments were being taken from our account. They never used my wife’s name or even mentioned which bank they were from, though the call came from a local number. It seemed more like a recorded message than a real person. Banks don’t ring up like that, and anyway, there’s no local branch here any more. They must think we're easy to trick! My wife quickly hung up.
