It looks like we've encountered a rather robotic phone call. In our instance, they seemed eager to confirm our personal information prior to connecting us with one of their representatives. They first rang our landline, and when we didn’t pick up, they moved on to my wife's mobile. It’s safe to assume they’ve sourced our details from another company's records. Unfortunately, we couldn’t uncover the identity of this company, as we were quite reluctant to “verify” our information first.
