Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying they were from BT tech support. I just hung up straight away. When I rang BT myself later, they told me that number's linked to a scam and they're looking into it. Just watch out for it!

I called BT Openworld to sort out my slow internet. When I asked them to confirm my name, they just ended the call, even though they said they already had all my info. They told me BT wouldn’t send an email with instructions because of the pandemic, saying it’d take too long to get it done that way!
