Got a call from someone who never said who they were, and it felt like a scam, targeting an elderly widow. They kept bringing up her late husband's name, claiming she was owed a £200 refund from BT and asked for her bank details to sort it out. She ended the call quickly but was quite shook up afterwards. Thankfully, she didn’t give out any banking info. This wasn’t the first time either, as she got a similar call from a mobile number not long ago.
