Proper cheeky lot, rang me five times all in one day. On the last one, they were asking about some accident I supposedly had, which I never did. So I went along with it, said I must have a concussion cos I can’t recall anything, means it’s serious and I should be claiming loads. Their new trick is now saying ‘hang on, just 2 seconds’ then muting themselves till they give up and hang up. Fair enough, if they wanna waste time, I can play that game too.

I got called three times in just one day and got really fed up with them ringing all the time, so I finally picked up. It turned out to be some PPI CLAIM. Hopefully this helps someone out there. Posted on 13/12/2017.

I keep receiving calls from this number, yet there's never a word spoken on the other end. I tried ringing it back, but I just get a recorded message stating that the number isn't valid. Quite peculiar, isn't it?

Got a call from Direct Legal again - at least this time they didn't hang up right away. Told them they've been ringing me loads and asked them to delete my number from their list. This is my work mobile, no clue how they got it. Usual spiel about a car accident I never had - just trying to reel me in for business. Such a waste of time - best to steer clear.

Yeah, it’s annoying to get calls you weren’t expecting, but if we all stood behind our local businesses we could help keep jobs right here in the UK, especially in call centres.
