They rang, said my name, then just cut off, which was a bit disappointing. Normally, I’d say how impressed I am with their quick response and tell them I’d been in a terrible accident. When they ask what the injuries were, I say they were fatal and that I passed away. It’s quite funny hearing them say sorry for my injuries, obviously just reading from their script, then realising what they said and quickly hanging up.
