I picked up thinking it was someone I was waiting for, but then this recorded message came on saying it was from HMRC and that I'd got a tax fraud case against me. It warned if I didn't press 3, they'd arrest me or something like that. I didn't bother staying on the line, just hung up straight away - honestly, don’t get involved with these calls. I’ve blocked the number now.

I’ve gotten calls from this number a couple of times lately. They rang again just last night, which I don’t appreciate as I’m quite old and don’t like calls so late. The phone only rings briefly and then it stops before I manage to pick up!
