Got a call from someone claiming to be the car insurance aftercare team, saying they were from Direct Line after I asked them straight. They asked for some info, which I didn’t give. When I rang back, it connected and they said they were the same team but mentioned a different insurance company when I asked who they were with. Bit fishy if you ask me.
