Got a robo call pretending to be the fraud team from my bank, saying someone tried spending £400 on Amazon and over £1000 elsewhere (not sure where exactly). I instantly knew it was dodgy because, first, fraud teams always call themselves, never automated, and second, my bank stopped using Visa cards and moved to Mastercard ages ago. Definitely don’t hit 1 if you get a call like that - just put the phone down straight away.
