When I asked what company was actually behind the call scamming me, they got really rude and abusive.

Looks like Liverpool docks are in complete turmoil with loads of boats just floating about! Honestly, it's quite reckless for a call centre to hire so many 'dead weight' people.

I picked up when this number called me. They claimed to be from Microsoft 365 but then said no one was free to talk just now (weird thing to say!). They promised to call again later. Pretty sure it’s a scam though, because Microsoft doesn’t actually phone you out of the blue.
