I got this dodgy call about some accident or whatever, right? The moment I answered yes to the automated voice, a bloke came on and was all pushy saying he just needed to check some info. I asked where he was calling from and mentioned a few places in India. When he said he was from Pakistan, honestly I couldn't help but grin at how serious he sounded! Proper scammy sort of vibe.

Got a call from the accident helpline once more!

Got a call from 0151 601 4089, they somehow already knew my name and said it was about a crash I’d supposedly been in. Really odd.

They actually called me by name and asked if I’d been in an accident near the start of June. I told them I haven’t had any accidents in over a decade, but they just kept going on like it was in their system. Honestly, this felt pretty dodgy, like it could be some kind of scam.
