If this was a proper loan company, surely they’d have an account under their company name, right? Seems dodgy to me!12 yearsI’ve been on the phone with them about four times now. The first call, they asked for £50 to release some funds. Then, just 15 minutes later, they rang back and said I had to pay an extra £75 because of taxes before the money would be freed. They promised they’d call again in 15 minutes once I’d paid that. When they did call, I’d already spoken to three different “people,” but if you listen carefully, it sounds like the same bloke trying to disguise his voice. This time he said I need to pay another £99 and claimed the application can’t be cancelled, so I have no choice but to pay.
