This number, along with another one from Wigan, has called me several times about a car crash. Oddly enough, I did have an accident recently, and they said I was due £500 from the other driver's insurance. It felt fishy since everything was sorted ages ago. They wanted some details about the crash, but I told them I’d get back to them. Strangely, they called again the next day and when I said I wasn’t interested, they didn’t push further. Honestly, I think this is pretty dodgy and would advise being very careful if you get calls from this number.

For the past fortnight, I've been inundated with calls from these individuals, and I must say, their manner is quite off-putting. The staff at the call centre come across as incredibly impolite and rather untrustworthy, often fabricating reasons for their outreach. Even though my phone displays their number clearly, they continue to be unhelpful and evasive when I demand to know the purpose of their call upon returning it. The level of service, if you can even call it that, is absolutely appalling and completely unwarranted, considering their relentless efforts to dodge my inquiries.

Got blocked loads of times by people saying they’re from car insurance. I know my own insurance number, so I just don’t bother answering. If they’re the ones paying for the call, just block ’em and don’t call back, otherwise they’ll keep bugging you nonstop.

I received a phone call from this number, where the caller asserted I had been using their service for the last year and a half. They actually mentioned my name, which caught me off guard. When I asked, "What?", they repeated their spiel about their service, but there was a rather long pause before they did. I said, "What?" again, as I wasn’t even aware of being with that company or who they were, to begin with. Suddenly, they hung up on me! Since then, I haven't had any follow-up calls from them - definitely a bunch of scammers, if you ask me!

In my last phone call, I said I'll agree to sign the documents only if they include my statement: "since the accident, I haven't experienced any physical harm or pain." Looks like they're keeping quiet for now. I'm quite religious and respect God, so I really don’t want to lie or exploit something that isn't real.

sometimes i just let them reel off their whole spiel and then, with as much sympathy as i can muster, i say: i get it. times are hard and cash is tight. we’ve all had crappy jobs just to get by at some stage. but really, does this job bring you any joy? do you go home feeling like you did something worthwhile? do you look forward to starting your day? you have to believe there's something better out there for you.
