They keep ringing me nonstop and the moment I pick up, they just drop the call. This has happened three times just today.

I got a call from First Response, so I rang them back straight away and they picked up super quick. Weird thing was, they already knew who I was before I even spoke. They said it was about a small traffic accident, but I told them I’ve never been in anything like that! They also mentioned my car make, so I’m guessing my insurance must’ve handed over my info or something. Proper annoying if you ask me. The woman with a Scouse accent said the 'open' case would be sorted and closed now, so fingers crossed I won’t get any more calls from them.

Totally with the top review, this First Response lot, sounds like some Scouse girl who knows your name so it feels proper real, but honestly they're just a pain. Just going silent on you, no words at all... proper annoying.

So, this company called First Response somehow got my number from either my insurance firm or the solicitor they passed my info onto. Now, I'm not saying they’re idiots, but over a year ago when my car got damaged, nobody was inside it. I called them up to ask for a manager, and guess what? Every single one was "in meetings." The woman on the line, Gemma, claimed she’d updated my record during our call so they’d stop phoning me, even though she never asked for my number and I purposely kept it private. Anyway, they've been ringing non-stop for the past five weeks, which annoyed me so much I ended up changing my number today just so they can’t bother me anymore. I had some spare time this afternoon, so I decided to mess with them a bit - silent calls, singing over the phone, telling them exactly what I think. Plus, being on the line with them means they couldn’t call someone else. Maybe if more people did this, they'd get seriously annoyed too! :D
