I too received a call on my mobile from First Response. It's infuriating that as long as the DVLA persists in sharing our data with private companies, we'll keep getting these nuisance calls. I reckon this call centre operates somewhere near Liverpool, given the unmistakable accents of the callers and the chatter echoing in the background. I've been pestered by their calls at various intervals over the last year to year and a half. The last interaction I had with them was rather peculiar; they inquired if I was the individual injured in an accident. When I responded negatively, they promptly disconnected the line. Fast forward to now, and lo and behold, they tried their luck again with the same question regarding any accident involvement. This time, I had the sense to hang up on them. It would appear they’ve taken to calling me out of sheer spite, as I've been receiving these prank calls every weekday for the past three days. When I do pick up, they just seem to ignore me, keeping me on the line as if to waste my time. Honestly, these individuals are beneath contempt and ought to feel thoroughly embarrassed for their disgraceful actions.

I returned a missed call from this number after getting persistent calls each day. A guy picked up while having a laugh with someone beside him, dropping a few choice words here and there. He claimed they were searching for my mum, whose account I now manage, and promptly hung up when I clarified that I wasn’t her. Clearly, they’re up to no good, likely trying to trick or con her. Reading through the other remarks, I'm relieved I didn't share her information. Interestingly, when I did answer one time last week, there was a woman on the line just repeating, "hello Suzanne" repeatedly for a good two and a half minutes, which was rather amusing!
